Kinesiology facilitates your body in communicating its wounds, unmet needs, stresses and imbalances.
Your body is in constant communication with you each day sometimes you may notice your lack of energy and decided to have an early night or your stiff shoulders and decide to consider the areas of tension in your life. At other times you may not notice your body asking for water during a busy week or the trauma of an event may mean that you shut down communication as a means of coping at the time.
Kinesiology is a tool which uses feedback from your nervous system, muscles, meridians and other energy pathways to facilitate the expression of what lies just beneath your aches or pains, emotions, lack of energy, sensitivities to foods, poor digestion or low motivation. Kinesiology assists you in understanding the how and why so that you can begin to know what your unique path towards improving your health and vitality entails.

Kinesiology works with you by assisting your body to regain balance and by creating a clear and realistic plan for you to follow to improve your health. Kinesiology also supports you in improving your ability to listen to your hunches and follow you intuition.
Balancing techniques used during a Kinesiology session may include meridian massage, acupressure point stimulation, muscle massage, brain integration exercises, color and sound techniques, recommendations about your diet, emotional stress release, muscle circuit resets, postural stress release or improving the flow of energy through your body’s energetic pathways.
